Been awhile….

Hope all is and had been well in your universe!

These past few years had been quite a challenge, for most of us I am sure. For someone who’s been around for more than half-century, I never thought I would experience a pandemic in my lifetime but there it is. And I am just happy that for the most part, it seems to be behind us now, though remain cautious.

So many things had happened these past few years in my personal front as well…. universe sure work in such mysterious ways.

I’ve walked away from the fulltime job that I’ve been quite committed to for the past 3+ years, then within weeks, we went into shut down. What deem to be “normal” was uprooted and seems like we need to learn how to “live” everyday again! But all in keeping ourselves and our families safe. During this time, I was really rather happy that at the least, all the good relationships that I build from all the years selling online had maintained, and I was really rather thankful to gain some support when I expanded from just mainly focus on jewelry and supplies, by adding mineral collectibles to my offerings. All in all, I am actually rather surprised that I did not pick this up earlier since as many of you are already aware of how much I’ve always enjoyed the natural and untreated materials.

Win some, lose some. With this new field, and as much if not more research had gone into each and every piece that I offer. It’s been quite a great learning experience but finding the right audience were entirely new to me at that point too….. but at the end of it, I had really enjoyed this new venture!

Then everything reopened….. which means I have the chance to see real people in person again! Then I received an invitation from someone whom I’ve worked with previously to a retail store management position, so of course, I took up on that, which means that I am once again back to fulltime and had to walk away from all the online things!

In all honesty, it’s very much mix feeling for me….. as I’ve invested so many years in building my name with my jewelry, then spend the good part of the pandemic shutdown trying to establish a presence in the mineral field….. both exciting and I certainly had established some great support BUT, with that said, neither are steady enough for such high living expenses needed. I really wish it could, but it is not possible for a one-man-band like mine.

But I don’t plan to give up on either anytime soon! Being able to create jewelry, sourcing and sharing these natural mineral beauties had kept me sane for a good part of my life! But rather than doing it regularly, I’ve decided to finally make good use of my URLs! HA! I am hoping that I’ll be able to get into some regular schedule with updates but that’s going to take time until I get a good feeling of flow, and of course if I have any energy left… LOL!!!! But at the least, you’ll still be able to see what I have and as always, contact me for more choices as I am certain for most, I will have more than what I was able to manage to list! So rather than catching a show that I used to put on on FB, this will be available as first-come-first-serve basis!

Not a bad plan is it? But anyway…… thank you for reading! And hopefully I’ll be able to get this underway sooner than later! The crazy holiday retail season is almost here and I have yet to see how that’ll pan out to be honest….. will be in touch!!
