Please keep in mind there is a $5 or 20% restocking fee if you choose to return your purchase. Why you ask?
$5 will be deducted from your total refund if you return a pair of earrings. This is for sanitary reason, as those earwires will have to be replaced.
$5 will be deducted from your total refund if your return total is $1 to $30 (before tax and exclude initial postage).
If your return total is over $30 then 20% will be deducted from your total refund (before tax and exclude initial postage).
Return of jewelry pieces needs to be in its original condition, including any packaging. All purchases are packed with care for their journey and for safe travel. Please use original packaging method and materials for return by simply replacing shipping label.
